**NEW LOCATION FOR SPECIAL CONVENTION**

Due to icing conditions at the Elks Lodge in Edgewater, they have closed their building this weekend. The Special Convention has been relocated to Sonesta ES Suites Annapolis. Address: 170 Admiral Cochrane Dr., Annapolis, MD 21401. Parking is available at the Sonesta or at the Annapolis School of Seamanship, 170 Admiral Cochrane Dr.
