Dear Lions of Constitutional Area I,

“When Lions believe the mission is possible, breakthroughs become inevitable.” December 1 doesn’t just flip the calendar — it launches OPERATION BREAKTHROUGH as we surge toward June 30, 2026. And CA I is already on the move:

• New clubs so far: 65

• New members so far: 10,896

• Net gain: 2,464

Now we enter Sprint 1 (December-February) — the phase where we ignite early and consistent wins, build rapid momentum and activate every district and club.

DECEMBER FOCUS: IGNITE MOMENTUM

This month, every action should spark energy, progress, and pride.

Here is our December mission brief:

1. Finish All Clubs Already in the Pipeline

   • Area and district GATs: review every active club application.

   • Ask the critical question:“Which clubs can we charter before December 31?”

   • Set a December mini-goal:CA I December new clubs chartered 15. Which ones will you commit to?

2. Launch “Every Lion Invites One” – Phase II

   • Every Lion makes one meaningful invitation this month.

   • Ideal prospects include:

     • Volunteers

     • Project partners

     • Friends and family

   • Celebrate early wins—ask weekly:“Who did you invite?”

3. Connect Service to Invitations

   • Every service activity is an open door to invite new members.

   • Add this simple line everywhere you serve: “If you enjoyed this, we’d love to have you as a Lion.”

   • A warm invitation + visible service = unstoppable momentum.

DECEMBER CALL TO ACTION

(For DGs, VDGs & GAT Teams)

1. Hold your area or MD GAT Kickoff Call before December 15.

2. Confirm which clubs can charter this month—and finish them.

3. Launch “Every Lion Invites One” and share early success stories.

4. Register for January Let’s Grow Workshop Series!

Together, we are lighting the fuse for the biggest CA I year yet.

The mission is clear.

The momentum is building.

And success is already in view.
