YOU ASK, what is a turnover meeting and parade of banners?

PARADE OF BANNERS:

Each club will be introduced, then parade with your banner to display in front of the banquet room. This part of the meeting is truly enjoyable to witness!

TURNOVER MEETING:  

Referred to as a transition meeting, as of July 1st, where our outgoing DG Bijoy Mahanti welcomes our incoming DG Beth Whitelock.

DG Beth will speak and share her goals for the upcoming year, 2025-2026.

REPRESENTATION:  2 or MORE MEMBERS per CLUB attending, as well as ALL Cabinet Members
